Toccoa Riverfront, Swim, Game Room, Hot Tub

The house was as advertised. We cooked most of our meals at the house and found the kitchen well stocked. It was great to be able to put tubes in up at Sandy Bottoms Recreation area and float to the house. About an hour float. The host Joy is very responsive. Great house and great location.

We had a really great time at this property! The location is exceptionally good and the community is really quiet and beautiful with great river access. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The listing does say that the driveway is steep so we expected it, however, it feels steeper than it looks in the pictures. It didn’t cause us any problems but if someone was elderly or physically challenged, it might make things a little tough. It was a little cold and windy when we were there but I’d love to go back in the summer to play in the river. We did fish and caught several nice size rainbow trout right in front of the house. The kids had a blast roasting marshmallows and making smores at the fire pit right beside the river! I would definitely recommend this property!
