We had a great time. Didn't get to do the horse experience due to availability but still enjoyed them as they came to the fenceline. The goats were cute and friendly. House is very well furnished. The dock is great for swimming and we did a lot. A great large fire pit that seats a crowd for s'mores,which we did a couple times.Rented a pontoon and brought it to the dock which is convenient. Dog friendly hose. Nice neighborhood. I recommend.

We spent a fabulous week at the Lake House with our adult kids and their families. There was truly something for everyone - fishing from the dock (striped bass), an exercise room, ping pong, chickens, horses and goats and of course s’mores by the fire. We really didn’t need to leave the house although we did really enjoy hiking at Cherokee Bluff and other walks around Lake Lanier. The Lake House is more than comfortable, with wonderful beds, spacious common areas and tons of seating. We absolutely loved it. The view from the house is outstanding! Communication was excellent with Joybydesign, we truly couldn’t be happier and definitely will be returning!

Stayed with multigenerational family. Everyone had plenty of space from bedrooms, outdoor activities and family meals. This home is not only spacious but beautiful. Plenty of areas to be together or have some quiet time. Host was extremely attentive, gracious and helpful. We certainly have made some wonderful memories for this week. Hope to return during a summer visit to enjoy the lake with more water activities..was a bit cool during Thanksgiving

Beautiful very clean home with lots of space to spread out. Our group of 6 adults and 2 small children enjoyed our stay. The house was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Comfortable beds, nice furniture, great outdoor space, large living & dining areas both inside & out. The kids loved brining in the fresh eggs each day and feeding the horses and goats carrots & apples. Host was very responsive. A very peaceful stay!
